We're gonna do some funkiness here in order to find the derivative with the chain rule we've got to do some rewriting. 10 raised to the 1 minus x squared is equal to or the derivative of this is Ln 10 times d/dx 1 minus x squared. What we end up with ultimately is negative 2x, the derivative on the inside times Ln 10 times 10 raised to the 1 minus x squared all right that's it.
